少しトピックから外れますが、そうではありません。私はフィンランド最大のISPの顧客です。それらのIP範囲はすべて禁止されており、同じ状況にあるISPはそれだけではありません。

したがって、私の見解では

- IPは、少なくともユーザーを特定しようとする際には、完全に時間の無駄です
- Wikipediaは悪い例でした
