@sweet_Girl the component has a _Layout_ setting where you can choose between a basic list and a cards layout:

However, the community you shared has a custom layout design for the cards. This is an advanced solution. They likely picked _none_ on the layout setting and then added custom CSS to get exactly the layout they want.
