I’ve tested this on [try.discourse.org](http://try.discourse.org) by creating a user with Facebook login, then suspending the user, then trying to login through Facebook. Login is unsuccessful, but there is no notice shown to the user to indicate why. I would expect the `login.suspended_with_reason` message to be shown. From another report that I have seen, it seems that a similar issue is affecting SAML login for suspended users. I think this is a recent regression. ---
