Something like [Reddit’s RemindMe!](https://www.reddit.com/r/RemindMeBot/comments/24duzp/remindmebot_info/) bot?

There are [many options](https://www.reddit.com/r/RemindMeBot/comments/2862bd/remindmebot_date_options/) for entering the time such as
RemindMe! 10 Minutes
RemindMe! Next Saturday

The source is [available on Github](https://github.com/SIlver--/remindmebot-reddit) so you may be able to integrate it in Discourse.
