# Activated child Component and broke Discourse!

I wanted to upgrade this Component: [Versatile Banner](https://meta.discourse.org/t/versatile-banner/109133)

So created a new (child) Component and copied the custom CSS / JS over to it.

Then went into my Theme and activated the new Component.

Now the site is completely broken ☹

Chrome Console shows:

`Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'first_column_icon' of undefined`

Any ideas how to fix it?
