# Activation email failure

OK. I previously wrote about scheduled backups failing. I just noticed that activation emails had not been sent since the same time that the backups stopped.

Is there an easy way to force a re-send of the activation email for those accounts which have not activated within the last 14 days?

Is sidekiq not running?

It’s responsible for both of these tasks.

I think it was a sidekiq or redis issue. I restarted the docker which fixed.

Is there a way to get a warning that sidekiq has failed?
