# ActivityPub: 요청에 user-agent가 전송되지 않음 - 클라이언트 생성 실패

안녕하세요,

일부 Mastodon 인스턴스와 통신할 때 문제가 발생하고 있습니다.

많은 관리자에서 user-agent를 제공하는 앱/서버와만 상호작용하도록 설정을 요구하는 것 같습니다. activitypub 플러그인은 이 user-agent를 제공하지 않는 것으로 보입니다.

향후 버전의 요청에 다음과 같은 user-agent를 추가해 주실 수 있을까요?

‘Discourse-ActivityPub/x.y.z (+https://eg-discourse-domain.com)’ 또는 이와 유사한 형식?

이렇게 하면 해당 요구 사항을 가진 Mastodon 인스턴스와의 연동(federation) 문제와 프로필 링크 문제를 모두 해결할 수 있습니다.
