# Ad Plugin Compatibility with Upcoming Discourse

The advertising plugin is giving an admin error:

I am using the latest git pull of [GitHub - discourse/discourse-adplugin: Official Discourse Advertising Plugin. Install & Start Serving Ads on Your Discourse Forum · GitHub](https://github.com/discourse/discourse-adplugin.git). is there a fix for this?

Hey @geoffau - just confirming, when you say you have the latest version, is that truly the latest? There was an update to the adplugin ~18 hours ago to resolve some Ember 5 issues, but it’s possible there are more 👀
When the banner appears, please can you check your browser’s developer console and see if there are any relevant messages?

Everything looks to work now with Discourse 3.2.0.beta5-dev and Adplugin 1.2.5 updates as of 2024-01-10T13:00:00Z.
