This would be _really_ useful, especially because incoming mail handling has a few [quite surprising corner cases and bugs](https://meta.discourse.org/t/incoming-mail-is-rejected-if-in-reply-to-a-post-in-a-non-accessible-thread-even-if-sent-to-a-group-inbox/49711).
