# PM 및 이메일 리포트용 자동화에 설명 필드 추가

제안: 수신자에게 맥락과 더 많은 정보를 제공할 수 있도록, 자동화 화면에 설명(Description) 필드를 추가해 주세요. (기본 HTML 사용 가능 - 단락, 굵게, 링크 등) 그리고 ‘Schedule a PM with [Data Explorer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/32566?silent=true) results’ 스크립트가 선택될 때 전송되는 PM 및 이메일 보고서에 해당 내용을 표시해 주세요.

하나의 사용 사례는 Discourse를 자주 사용하지 않거나(또는 아예 사용하지 않는) 사용자에게 정기 보고서를 제공해야 하는 경우입니다.

(데이터 탐색기 페이지에는 설명 필드가 있지만, 내부 목적으로 사용될 수 있으므로 PM 및 이메일 보고서에 포함하는 것은 권장하지 않습니다. 또한 데이터 탐색기 쿼리가 여러 자동화 인스턴스에서 사용될 수 있으므로 각 자동화별로 고유한 설명이 필요합니다.)
