Add badge for adding profile picture

Firstly, it was a hint that there is already a badge that can be triggered when uploading an avatar. So if you want to add your own SQL-triggered badge, you might want to disable it so that the user doesn’t receive two at once. Secondly, you can use the query for the badge as an example to create a badge just for saving the avatar.
