# Add Dislike Button

There’s a plugin for it. Use it if you want, but they’re not going to add dislikes as a built-in feature.

I’d recommend the plugin suggested above. Discourse is all about promoting civilised and constructive discussion so adding an inbuilt negativity button isn’t a good idea. It has been mentioned before that this isn’t something they will be adding any time soon.
