해당 버튼의 고정 기능이 실제로는 잠시 동안 깨져 있다가 다음 PR로 수정되었습니다:

> Previously the bulk select top positioning was dictated by padding on \`#main-out…let\`... but when the header was converted to \`position: sticky\` that padding was set to 0, so the positioning needed to be updated to be based on the header height instead.
