# Add support for 'personal notes' on posts

This feature request seems similar to the whisper to self idea mentioned in [Wishlist: 'Note to self' in bookmark/reminder - #8 by tobiaseigen](https://meta.discourse.org/t/wishlist-note-to-self-in-bookmark-reminder/312769/8)  
Maybe notes on posts could replace the notes on bookmarks, which would also improve the discoverability of the option to take notes.
