I think this could be massively improved by copying the design of the avatar upload dialog. Present a list of the different options you have for getting a title.

> Blank
> Badge [Bug Reporter]
> Group [team]
> ~~[]~~ Custom (disabled text field)
Also, make it so that a custom staff-granted title sticks around as selectable even after a different title is chosen.

Yeah and primary groups as they relate to title and flair assignment have been particularly confusing (something we have to explain a lot) and I hope that group concept can go away entirely at some point soon!
