저는 [Discourse Subscriptions](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-subscriptions/140818)를 추천합니다. 아, 그런데 이제 보니 다른 시스템이 이미 구축되어 있군요…

다른 시스템에서 커스텀 API 호출을 하거나 [discourse connect](https://meta.discourse.org/t/13045?silent=true)를 사용하는 것이 아마도 원하시는 방식일 것입니다.
