# 添加一个付费群组，能回复主题但不能创建主题

我不确定我是否说清楚了。  
**Discourse Subscriptions** 允许网站所有者销售一次性或定期订阅，以授予对 Discourse 实例中某个用户组的访问权限。  
因此，我理解只有付费用户才能查看和回复。我想要实现的是，只允许付费用户在一个特定分类下创建新讨论。但所有论坛用户都可以免费阅读和回复。
