# Adding a vote to a post creates the impression there was a recent edit

When you vote on the first post and it was edited before, the color of the pencil icon changes to orange again. It does not only happen when the post receives its first vote, but every time someone votes.

I don’t know why I missed it when I reported this, but the color change of the pencil is not limited to first posts. Voting on a reply which was edited also makes the edit look like it happened recently.
