Adding centerized icons on d-header

Hello,

I am just try to add icons to the center of d-header.

I use for desktop this theme component but this one is float to the right and connect to the .panel .navigation class

I use the Discourse Tab Bar component as well on mobile. So i want to display the Discourse Tab Bar icons on desktop too in the center of d-header. Is that possible somehow?

Other important things:
Only show on logged is users. (i can make it use the .anon class i think)
When the topic title change on header then these icons should be hidden.
