I moved this to Community Building because I think the most interesting part about this conversation is what you’re doing and why – and I think there’s plenty of room to discuss the different approaches to “how” here too.
Workflows are definitely worth a look.
I imagine doing the following:
- one workflow that creates a group named something like YYYY-MM, runs on a scheduled trigger, creating the group at least a few days in advance
- another workflow (or could be an additional trigger/graph within the same workflow) that adds users to the right group
Once you arrive at a system that you think works well, would love to hear more about how you’re using these cohort groups too (and even better – occasional updates about how they fit into your community over time).
