We have “Add Staff Colour” which is great … are there any other quick solutions for “colour-coding” specific Posts?

Yes and that’s a good suggestion … but mainly I think we might be missing a Theme Component to do this for an arbitrary post with an arbitrary colour 🙂

We don’t have, AFAIK. I would like to use different colors with AIs, meaning something via groups, because using list of users would be too messy.
