If you go to the group membership page, e.g. for “team” it would be g/team/manage/membership, you can set the default title for the group.
Also, within each user’s setting, they can manually set the title themselves at /my/preferences/account if they wish
Moderation note: Do be encouraged to search / create a new topic instead of hijacking. This improves searchability within the community.
