I meant the outgoing SMTP email provider. Are you using GMail for that?

You need to turn off link tracking in sendgrid. That’s almost certainly your problem. You can use Create Admin Account from Console to get logged in before that.

Looks like your email provider is adding tracking to your outgoing emails. Maybe try disabling that?
