/admin/customize/site_text/top and bottom custom HTML not removable

Hello, I tried out the custom HTML feature at /admin/customize/site_text/top (and bottom), which works fine. However, after removing it and force-reloading the page in the browser, the custom HTML remained on all the pages. I finally had to rebuild the Docker container to remove it.

What version are you running? Were you on latest when this was happening? Can you make it happen again?

This is happening on Discourse 1.2.0.beta3. Yes, the bug is reproducible every time I add custom HTML. It can be changed, but not removed completely, unless I rebuild the container.

For a workaround, you can replace it with a HTML comment:
