# Admin Restrictions?

The case explained in [this topic](https://meta.discourse.org/t/ldap-sensible-data-hidden-to-admins/43749/1) would be another good example.

Especially in company-related forums, we must make a difference between the admin who sets up the platform, with low-level access to company strategic data, and the staff who will _administer_ the community on a regular basis, following the evolution of the forum and adapting its interface and configuration in consequence.
