I promoted a user to TL4, and they flagged a message sent by me (an admin with TL4) in chat, causing my account to be automatically silenced. Create an admin account and a separate TL4 account. 2. As the admin, send a message in chat. 3. As the TL4, flag the message sent by the admin account. 4. Observe how the admin gets silenced automatically, and is unable to reply until they remove the silence or handle the flag. ---
