# 购买了非 recurring 订阅后，重定向到显示“无有效订阅”的页面

一位客户在8月中旬发现其账单页面中看不到订阅信息后，我收到了提醒，但一次性付款的问题仍然存在。我尚未测试持续性订阅。

当我模拟客户登录时，他们的账单页面显示如 @LorenzoNey 的截图所示。同样，在我今天购买了订阅后，“订阅”下的信息是“您没有有效的订阅”，而“付款”下的信息是“没有付款”。

这是否可能与我在编辑 Stripe 中由 Discourse 创建的产品+计划，或通过定价表购买后遇到的问题有关，如[此处](https://meta.discourse.org/t/321611)所述？
