Thanks for running the diagnostics. The main thing I see there is a huge number of writes to disk. But I can’t guess as to the cause.

Maybe it’s worth installing and running iotop. We might be able to see which process is writing a lot of data to disk. apt install iotop-c iotop -o -b -n 22
