Correct. Please do review our [hosting terms](https://www.discourse.org/legal), but the relevant clause is:

> Customer agrees not to … furnish or solicit _Customer Data_ subject to _Special Data Regulations_ or otherwise do anything that results in _CDCK_ processing _Customer Data_ subject to _Special Data Regulations_

where **Special Data Regulations** includes, for example, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
