For the device/version issue, some people have found the [reply templates](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-reply-template-component/162373) useful, and others have used the [reply-by-url](https://meta.discourse.org/t/how-to-create-a-new-topic-link-with-pre-filled-information/28074) feature to prefill some [custom blurb in the composer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/use-url-to-compose-a-new-message-with-body-adding-new-lines/197342/3).

Not sure if they’re useful, but thought I’d throw them into the mix. 🙂
