In the [forum.com/queued-posts](http://forum.com/queued-posts) list. When you click on the needs approval link to see list of topics requiring approval, when you delete one (and ban ip and delete account and all posts) they are removed from the DB but not that list. Clicking on delete for another spam post then results in an error message. ---

I’m trying to recall if refreshing the page was required for that to be shown. I think it just doesn’t do it “automatically” on a rerender. It has been a while since I’ve had an opportunity to see such an event lately. ---

Weird, refreshing the entire page/site usually fixes both for me (again, been a long while since I’ve had to do this). ---

Yes refreshing the page (hard refresh not clicking the refresh link) removes it but I don’t think that’s a good solution, especially when a number of staff are trying to deal with a lot of spam at the same time…
