允许所有用户在调用API时查看用户的post_count

好的，在查询自己的用户资料时这样确实可行，但我希望 post_count 对所有人公开，最好是对匿名访客也可见。
我查看 https://meta.discourse.org/u/Codinghorror.json 时，那里并没有 post_count 字段，这与 https://meta.discourse.org/users/Codinghorror.json 的情况一样。
