# Allow group mention for specific group users

Hello team
Could you please advise if we can add a feature to make it possible to allow for a group of users to be able to mention another group. For example, within my platform I want the group of tutors (for example nd001-1mac-tutors) to be able to mention a group of students whenever they create new beneficial topics for them (for example nd001-1mac-students) but not the opposite way because I don’t want students to abuse this option. Another solution would be to have the students watch the category where the assignment is posted. You can get a plugin to have a group be forced to watch a category.
