# 그룹 소유자가 다른 멤버를 소유자로 지정할 수 있도록 허용

현재 그룹 소유자는 그룹에 새로운 멤버를 추가할 수는 있지만, 그들을 소유자로 승격할 수는 없습니다. 이는 관리자나 사이트 모더레이터만 수행할 수 있습니다.  
그룹 소유자가 그룹 멤버를 관리하고, 그들을 그룹 소유자로 승격할 수 있다면 합리적이라고 생각하며, 구현도 비교적 간단해 보입니다.
