# Allow normal users to bulk update notification level

I believe there is a case to be made to allow TL1-TL3 the option to bulk change notifications.

In our situation, a user had set a category to Tracking but later changed it to Normal.

Obviously, all new topics would inherit those settings but this user wanted to also change all previously read topics in the category to Normal.

As far as I can tell, this can only be done manually right now.
