# 주제 소유자가 타이머를 설정할 수 있도록 허용

개인적으로는 이 기능을 반대합니다. 단순히 주제 타이머에 여러 옵션이 있는데, 저는 그 중 상당수를 스태프 전용 기능이라고 생각하기 때문이죠.

해당 옵션 세트가 특정 기능으로 제한된다면 모르겠지만, 현재 상태로는 말이죠.
