As the text tells you, you need to change that in your browser. So the exact steps will depend on the browser you use. You’ll probably find one for your browser using your preferred search engine.

Change this in your browser settings.
In my firefox, open the desired website, for which you need to have realtime notifications, then click just to the beginning of your chrome/browser url bar and choose appropriate settings or ‘reset’ the permissions for notifications. I can show you this for Firefox:
