用户场景： 经常有人发起一个主题，但讨论很容易（非常）偏离主题。主题作者希望保持讨论的相关性，但又不想删除这些离题的讨论。 当前情况： - TL4 用户或管理员/版主拥有“拆分和合并主题”的权限，但我们希望将 TL3 用户升级为可以拆分/合并他们自己主题的权限，或者将这些不相关的帖子移到另一个主题。 - 我们还没有准备好将 TL3 升级到 TL4。 解决方案？ - TL3 是否应该拥有管理他们自己主题中帖子的权限？ 例如，允许 TL3 将他们自己主题中的帖子移动到另一个主题，但不能移动其他 ID 主题下的帖子？ - 是否有可能让主题所有者以某种方式标记不相关的回复，然后 TL4 或管理员以后可以将它们移动到另一个主题？是否可以使用主题组件来实现此目的？ - 或者是否有更好的方法/变通方法？ 谢谢 ---
