# Toestaan om een bericht te markeren als wiki in het instellingenmenu van de editor

Allow to mark a post as a wiki in the editor. New item could be added into the Settings menu:

Since a wiki is a post “type” maybe it would make sense in this menu instead?

I thought so at first, but then I remember that I often want to mark 2nd and the following posts as wikis, for which I’m not sure if it makes sense to put it in the Reply As menu:

… seems more like a “post setting” tbf, but it’s up to you; as soon as it’s available and eases creation of both wiki topics and wiki replies on the fly without any additional clicks after submitting the post (which is easy to forget, and it happens to me all the time - I forget I need to make it a wiki by the time I finish editing because it shifts my focus from the wanted post type to the wanted quality content).
