Allow to vote 1, 2 or 3 votes on ideas?

We had super votes in an early version of the plugin, but it was removed since the complexity wasn’t deemed worth it.

Add ability to vote more than once on a topic

Long term I would like to add the ability to spend more than one vote, it is a very complex change. Super votes as a concept was stripped and is not going to happen anymore.
