# Laat ons de nieuwe dagtijd veranderen

Currently Discourse counts a new day as midnight in UTC.

That’s _fine_ because timestamps are localized, but it makes stats slightly out of sync with time for most timezones.

What I want is to have the option, or for it to follow the local time on the server. This would improve the accuracy of dates in the admin interface for most everybody and would improve the experience in general.
