# Allow users to reply without moderation

Hello,

we are testing out the platform but when we test replies to a topic, system blocks the message and asks moderators for approval. How can I turn this off?

It sounds like this users are trust level zero because they haven’t read any posts. You can bump them up trust level 1 or two and that should fix it you can search here for “trust level” for more information.

Be careful, as you have totally neutered most spam protection if you globally grant **all** new users a high trust level. It is fine to manually give a few users you actually trust a higher trust level of course.

Then again bootstrap mode is automatic and should already be doing this for you so more details would be helpful…
