안녕하세요, Discourse에서 PM(개인 메시지)을 보낼 수 있는 신뢰 수준(Trust Level) 이하의 사용자나 일일 PM 스레드 한도에 도달한 사용자가 관리자 및/또는 모더레이터에게 PM을 보낼 수 있나요? 제 경우에는 계정 정지되지 않은 모든 사용자가 항상 저(관리자)에게 연락할 수 있기를 원합니다.
권한이 없는 사용자도 스태프에게 메시지를 보낼 수 있다고 생각합니다.
다시 인사드립니다. tl0 사용자가 스태프에게 개인 메시지를 보낼 수 없는 것 같습니다. 문제가 있다며 저에게 개인 메시지를 보낼 수 없었다는 신규 사용자들의 여러 (공개) 보고를 받았고, 이 스레드에서도 확인됩니다:

I don’t mind that TL 0 can’t PM other members, but what does bother me is they can’t directly PM staff. If you set the admin/mod/any group’s ’who can message this group?’ setting to ‘everyone’ then this lets anyone send that group a message, even those who are not in the PM allowed groups. That’s standard behaviour and needs no extra plugin.
사용자가 그룹 페이지에서 메시지 버튼을 발견하기가 쉽지 않습니다. 하지만 사용자가 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 곳(정보 페이지, 사이드바, 헤더 등)에 사전 입력된 작성기 를 여는 링크를 추가할 수 있습니다.
