# Always open the first post of the topic?

Just to clarify, you can enter a topic at the top by clicking or tapping on the number of replies.

Clicking or tapping on…

- the topic title → enters at last read position

- the number of replies → pops up a date selector so you can enter at top or bottom.

- the last reply date → enters at the bottom
