# Amazon Mail Sending Problem

I’m using Amazon Mail service
Verification and test e-mails do not reach e-mail addresses with Gmail extensions.
There is no problem in reaching the [domain@domain.com](mailto:domain@domain.com) e-mail address.
It gives the following warning in error logs:
554 Message rejected: Email address is not verified. The following identities failed the check in region EU-NORTH-1: [ads.....@gmail.com](mailto:ads.....@gmail.com)

That’s an AWS question, not a discourse one.
The problem is that your SES account is still in sandbox mode, You need to raise a support ticket with AWS to take your account out of sandbox mode. Then it’ll work as expected.
