# 非ラテン文字でのアンカー設定が機能しない

非ラテン文字（キリル文字など）で確認しましたが、動作しません。サブヘッダーの URL をコピーしてリンクを開くと、目次が機能しません（ページは開きますが、サブヘッダーへスクロールしません）。これをどうすれば解決できますか？

もしこの問題が以前から存在していたとしても、現在テストしたところ、もう存在しません。 🙂
