I had the same problem.
Discourse forum is running Fine
I have installed the APP on android, it work fine also accesing my forum, [meta.discourse.org](http://meta.discourse.org) forum and others.
At some time I changed my forum address. Then I had to delete the access on the app and create a new one.
This works for my users (nobody has reported incident, and I check with some on their android and it works fine), but doesn’t work in my case.
All the others access are running fine but the one to [https://circulotelecos.com](https://circulotelecos.com) give e an error message

> **Authorize application access**
> “Discourse - HUAWEI P20 Pro” is requesting the following access to your account:
> . Read and clear notifications
> . Read user session info
> _Authorize_

If I click on Authorize I get this message

> **Oops**
> The sofware powering this discussion forum encountered an unexpected problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.
> Detailed information about the error was logged, and an automatic notification generated. We’ll take a look at it.
> No further action is necessary. However, if the error condition persists, you can provide additional detail, including steps to reproduce the error, by posting a discussion topic in the site’s feedback category.

Finally

```
 I deleted the APP
 reboot the device,
 re-installed the APP
 No site configured, then I reconfigured the site.
 And it works.
```

Don’t know the issue but it seams to be solved
