This issue was fixed in [this commit](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/952b033165), which is included in the latest version of Discourse. It should be resolved after your next update (which I recommend doing as soon as possible because of the included [security updates](https://meta.discourse.org/t/2-9-0-beta11-security-fixes-new-general-category-sidebar-improvements-and-more/243627))
