Note to others- read\_artifact wants a url. The url for artifact id 123, version 7 is:

[https://forum.example.com/discourse-ai/ai-bot/artifacts/123/7](https://forum.example.com/discourse-ai/ai-bot/artifacts/123/7)

Sometimes the bot can make that conversion and “read artifact 123”, but usually says it needs the url.
