Pushing Discourse posts to Discord is now supported in [a real Discord plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/set-up-discord-notifications-using-the-discourse-chat-integration-plugin/66600). Use that instead of this unless fiddling with webservers and PHP is your jam.
